CPK is a great chain - like pf changs. and in this town, i rely on such restaurants because i am never disappointed whereas at nearly all the more swanky private restaurants i always leave, having spent $150 thinking they wouldn't make it in a big city to save their life. why is nashville so accepting of mediocre restaurants??? i do not get it. so i welcome CPK on those nights where i just don't want to cook. oh - but nashville does do sushi!
