IN THE NEWS: Boston Restaurant Talk reports the opening of a second Emma’s Pub & Pizza, in Norton, as well as, “Mr. Bartley’s Burger Cottage in Harvard Square is closed indefinitely because of a kitchen fire that occurred [Sept. 20]. According to the Harvard Crimson, the fire broke out on Saturday morning at the famous Cambridge burger joint, causing about $10,000 in damage.
