IN THE NEWS: Moonstruck Chocolate Co. has opened its first Moonstruck Chocolate Cafe in Michigan at the newly renovated Twelve Oaks Mall outside of Detroit, the Portland (Ore.) Business Journal reports. The Twelve Oaks Moonstruck Chocolate Cafe in Novi, Mich., is the company’s 10th cafe nationally and the first of two opening in the metro Detroit area this fall.
