Rigsby’s Tasi Taking Over Pistachio Spot
IN THE NEWS: Columbus restaurateur Kent Rigsby, owner of Rigsby’s Kitchen and the Eleni-Christina Bakery, plans to open Tasi, a breakfast-and- sandwich eatery that also will sell prepared take-home meals. It will operate at 680 N. Pearl St., where the Pistachio pastry shop is vacating this month, Business First of Columbus reports. He’s partnering with his wife, Tasi, the restaurant’s namesake, and Matt Radcliffe, a cook at Rigsby’s, who will be the general manager at Tasi. Pistachio is expected to leave the storefront at mid-month for a spot at 541 S. Third St. in German Village.
