J. Gumbo’s Cajun Chain Opens 8th Locally

Gumbo’s Down-Home Cajun Cookin’ recently signed a lease agreement to open its eighth location, which will be at The Summit retail center at Brownsboro Road and the Gene Snyder Freeway in northeast Jefferson County, Business First of Louisville reports. The restaurant chain was founded in 2005 as Gumbo-A-Go-Go by former jockey Billy J. Fox. The name was changed this year to J. Gumbo’s.
