Anthony Marini (local restaurant and cocktail bar) and Clif Holt (Little Savannah) will prepare a menu with plenty of Southern flare. James W. Smith III, wine director at local restaurant and cocktail bar, will handle the wine pairings for the evening. The dinner will be held Tuesday, August 28, at 7 p.m. The dinner is $125 for James Beard Foundation members and $155 for the general public.
